Directors also serve on our Shop, House, Finance and General Purposes committees. Volunteer staff vacancies in our 'Drop In' Centre. PROJECT WORKER30 hrs per week Click pdf to download Job Description >>£10,920 p.a.Working for a local Christian organisation in Boston - to provide support to Homeless, Lonely & Vulnerable people in a busy Drop In Centre. Key Skills: Requires good listening skills and the ability to cope with some challenging clients - including those sleeping rough and people with substance misuse or mental health issues. Main Duties: Dealing with client needs. Supervision of Van Driver & Volunteers. Maintaining written records, Qualifications and experience in a Support environment an advantage but on the job training will be given. Satisfactory references required. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced CRB disclosure. Usual working hours 9.30am-4pm but with 9am-5pm cover required for leave periods of co-worker.
