92% of Users Rate Our Service as either Excellent or Good!75% Excellent rating.17% Good.The Customer Questionnaire Survey included 52 responses relating to our Shop, 7 from House residents and 68 relating to activities from the Drop In. Those surveyed were invited to make individual comment about the service if they wished. Feedback included:Shop:?First class.??This is the best charity shop I have been in always get good clothing and staff are always pleasant and very well mannered towards customers, well done to you all.?Drop In:?Staff and service are excellent??I have just moved into Boston and the information which the staff gave me was useful??I have been here for 3 years and have been made very welcome at all times and I have also made a lot of friends here. Customer & Partner Survey Results 2008

Having already undertaken a survey of staff and customers ? earlier in the year - we thought we'd ask for feedback from other service providers ? those with whom we work in partnership. Participants were asked to complete a simple 9 question (free to use) online survey via... www.surveymonkey.com The results were again very encouraging with 18 respondents. Most had experienced weekly contact with Centrepoint Outreach. Drop In Excellent GoodAttitude of Staff 61.5% 38.5% Information provided 41.7% 58.3% Support to Service Users 41.7% 58.3% Joint / Partnership working 53.8% 46.2%

Feedback comments...?I depend on Centrepoint Outreach to maintain both a campaigning and a supportive service (outside of statutory services) and I hope they will continue to challenge stat. agencies regarding homelessness and social exclusion, etc. I hope they will continue to be a resource that is available to people who are socially excluded in the local community, as we have very few other voluntary agencies that offer such a response to people in hard times.??email newsletter good for keeping in touch with what's going on.
